Seating: Beautiful Chiavari chairs and assorted sized tables are included in the venue rental
Servers: Provided by the caterer
Bar Facilities: May be provided by caterer and/or client, call for details. A banquet permit and a licensed bartender is required
Parking: Ample Residential Street Parking, Parking Garage and Parking Lot within a one block radius
Disabled Access: ADA accessible, ADA parking and ADA restroom
Dance Floor: Yes, on the main floor and in the Speakeasy
Linens, China and Glassware: Provided by caterer or client
Decorations: Please inquire. Nothing that will damage the Historical Venue. Candles are permitted
Cleanup: Client removes what they brought in. The caterer will take care of the rest
