• The Tasting Room can accommodate up to 30 guests reception style, and 24 guests seated for dinner.
• The Wine Room can accommodate up to 75 guests reception style, and 60 guests seated for dinner.
• The Wine Cellar can accommodate up to 120 guests reception style, and 100 guests seated for dinner.
Price Range: Food and Beverage Minimums apply to each banquet room, and prices vary depending on the time of day, day of the week, and month of the year.
Catering: In-House Catering Services are required.

Availability and Terms
We recommend that you reserve your space as early as possible, but we will do everything we can to accommodate your event on short notice. A deposit is required to secure the space.

Bar Facilities: Private Bar and Foyer specifically dedicated to Banquet Rooms. Full bar services available.
Parking: Grand Hyatt Valet services available for $10 for up to 3 hours (can be included in banquet services), and Grand Hyatt Parking Garage available for individual guest payment.
Disabled Access: Fully accessible.
Linens, China, Glassware: White table linens with matching napkins included; white china table setting and glassware provided.
Cleanup: Provided by Ruth’s Chris banquet staff.
Decorations: Please inquire; nothing that will damage the facility.
