Capacity: Multiple seating options are available for full–service dinners for your group of 25 to 50 guests. For standing reception style events, our capacity is 100 guests.
Price Range: Prices vary based upon your choice of menu, style of service and length of event.
Catering: Rotating seasonal menus created by our amazing in–house team.
Types of Events: From weddings, rehearsal dinners and birthdays to product launches, annual meetings and fundraising auctions, your and your guests will be well taken care of.

Please call for availability. If our Roosevelt café is not available on the date you desire, we have three other Seattle area venues.

Servers: Private Dining event staff from Portage Bay Café will take excellent care of you and your guests.
Bar Facilities: Beer and wine service provided by Portage Bay Café
Dance Floor: Tile floors are great for dancing!
Parking: We have an adjacent parking lot for you and your guests.
Disabled Access: Fully accessible.
Linens, China and Glassware: White table linens, napkins, standard china and glassware included; custom items available.
Decorations: Call us to discuss your ideas.
Cleanup: Us, of course!
Audio Visual and Equipment: Full sound system with wireless microphone included. Additional AV equipment available for rent.
