Ivar’s Salmon House, on the north shore of Lake Union, is Seattle’s most unique and impressive banquet venue. Expansive windows overlooking Lake Union provide an unsurpassed panoramic view of the Seattle cityscape, where guests may watch yachts, sailboats, and kayaks as they traverse this spectacular setting. Built in 1971, the Salmon House was constructed entirely from local materials to resemble a Northwest Native American Longhouse and is enhanced with stunning Native American artwork. Voted Seattle’s “Best Salmon”, our seafood is cooked to perfection over an open Alder wood fire and served in a warm welcoming atmosphere
