The Rainier Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution, built in 1925, is a replica of George Washington’s Mount Vernon home. This antique house is part of the historical Harvard Belmont District on Capitol Hill.
The formal structure of the house is an appropriate site for weddings, receptions and business meetings. A spacious entry highlights a graceful staircase, leading up to the Ballroom with stage. To the left of the foyer, a large Reception Room with fireplace and grand piano; to the right, the formal Dining Room and large kitchen.
