Classy Chic in Downtown Ballard
Situated in a two-story 1920s building, Ballard’s popular BalMar has got every element of a certain upscale bar style: exposed brick, sleek lines, hardwood floors, banquettes with tasteful pillows. Modern light fixtures that resemble giant glowing strips of film share the loft-like airspace with vintage opaque glass ones. Low couches and movable tables and ottomans create both intimate spaces and open, communal seating options.
